Call Lab · Denied MRI, upset patient
Live voice · 02:58
Caller
Yeah, I got a letter saying my MRI was denied. Nobody called me. What is going on over there?
Trainee
I am sorry about that. Can I get your name and date of birth so I can pull it up?
Caller
Daniel Reyes, February 9, 1968. So is it denied or not?
Trainee
I see the denial came in yesterday. It goes to Dr. Nguyen the same day and he decides whether to appeal, so it is not final.

Every role

Everything we train.

Healthcare end to end, not just the phone. One build covers the whole practice or hospital.

How it is built

From your binder to a certified person.

One fictional clinic sent us its scheduling SOP. These are the real screens that came back.

Your documents

You send the binder. PDFs, Word files, screenshots of your systems. Messy is fine.

Your documents

The module

Short lessons built from your manual, with your own screenshots next to each step.

The module

The simulated screen

A practice copy of your software. Every click is graded step by step against your SOP.

The simulated screen

The practice call

An AI caller who pushes back. The full transcript is kept for review.

The practice call

The scorecard and sign-off

What passed, what was missed and the policy section behind it. Then a supervisor signs off.

Practice calls

Callers who push back.

Your new hire's first hard call should not be a real patient. Our AI callers play the frustrated patient, the nurse with an emergency, the paralegal who assumes an order was approved. They interrupt, give information out of order, and get a detail wrong on purpose. Then the call is scored line by line against your policy.

In-app calls from day one, with unlimited retries. At Level 2 and 3 the calls ring the trainee's real phone, scheduled or unannounced. Every call is scored against your policy, with the section it missed.

Then why did nobody tell me that?
Trainee
You should have heard from us. I am sending a message to his team now and you will get a call within two business days.
Score 88Did well: verified identity, did not call the denial final, set a callback window. Missed: did not create the provider message on the call.
Three levels

Certification that means something.

  1. Level 1

    Know the procedure

Modules and quizzes on your exact policies.

    Unlocks: Opens on day one.

  2. Level 2

    Apply it under realistic conditions

Sim Desk tasks and Call Lab scenarios, graded.

Unlocks: Unlocks when every Level 1 item is passed.

  3. Level 3

    Run the desk

A timed shift simulation with a supervisor review.

Unlocks: Unlocks when every Level 2 item is passed. Pass is 85% with zero critical errors.

Level 3 ends with a supervisor observing the trainee and signing off. The record keeps the date, the observer and the score.

Nobody takes live calls until Level 3 is passed.

Ask the manual

Questions answered from your own policy.

Staff type a question in plain language and get the answer from your manual, with the section cited. No digging through PDFs.

  • Answers come only from your own documents, with the section cited.
  • If your manual does not cover a question, it says so instead of guessing.
  • Your team can use it from day one, before the training is even finished.
Ask the manual · Front desk
